Inderjit Waraich has been personal training for over 2 years with a variety of clients. He is heavily involved in sports training, primarily basketball and soccer, as well as, having sufficient knowledge of numerous sports. His specialties include: athletes, individuals recovering from injuries as well as helping individuals attain their goals in preparing for police fitness tests and overall strength and weight loss goals. He has obtained his degree from UBC majoring in Human Kinetics and minoring in Sciences. He believes it is never too late to get started on one’s goals and to achieve and maintain health and vitality throughout one’s life.
Cathey Wong is a BCAK registered kinesiologist and a BCRPA certified personal trainer. She specializes in preventative health, sport training and overall fitness improvement like weight loss, increase muscle mass, strength & endurance and healthy heart. Cathey helps people achieve their fitness goals with effective exercises and individualized fitness programs

The fitness centre includes various machines such as:
- Apex equipment: vertical row, vertical bench, leg curl, leg press, shoulder press, lat pulldown,
duplex pulley and smith machine.
- Cardio equipment: treadmills, crosstrainers, stairmaster, bikes. Abdominal crunch machine, medicine & body balls.
