stARTdance is a community dance company that participates in three concerts at the MACC Studio Theatre; the Connecting Community Dance Series and the LINK community dance in Vancouver collaborations. Artistic Director Desiree Dunbar voluntarily brings the group together twice a week at the Scotia Dance Center for technical training, creation and rehearsal.

This recreational company provides a unique opportunity for the pre-professional and mature recreational dancers in our community to further their artistic growth as a performer while keeping a professional career.
