Fire Across the land
February 16 and March 30 (10am – 1pm)
Moberly Arts and Cultural Centre is working with Brad Marsden to deliver a powerful experiential workshop to help educate service providers of the collective trauma that has impacted Native people throughout North America’s history. As a result, service providers will be better prepared to effectively communicate and empower the Native members of their communities. Tickets can be purchased here.

Gardening with Lori Snyder
March 18 (1pm – 3pm)
Come to the moberly Arts and Cultural Centre to join Indigenous herbalist Lori Snyder in planting, growing and harvesting medicinal herbs in the Moberly Herb Garden. Lori Snyder will plan with participants which herbs to grow, when to harvest them, and when to create new products from them. Students should wear warm clothes appropriate for planting. Glow Kids Musical Theatre Spring Break Camp
March 19-29 (8:30am – 3pm)
In this Spring Break Camp, kids will learn to sing, dance, act, and build costumes/sets through arts and crafts projects. They will also learn how to get ready for auditions and live performances based on beloved musicals, plays, and films. This fun-filled camp will end with a production for parents on the last day of camp. On sunny days, kids will get to practice outside and play outdoors. This is an excellent way to find out if your child enjoys the performing arts. No previous dance or acting experience necessary. Participants are placed into groups according to experience.
